Memento Lounge & Bistro located at Mantra 2 Bond Street is getting a makeover and will soon be relaunched as Georgie Wine Bar, an exciting New York-inspired neighbourhood wine bar concept in the heart of downtown Sydney.
Memento will close its doors on March 10th as the space is transformed reopening in early May 2024. During this time please enjoy barista made coffee to order from the cart located in the lobby. Also available is breakfast at Birdie Bar and Brasserie located at Novotel Sydney City Centre, just a short four-minute stroll away.
Expect an intimate yet playful atmosphere, blending elegance with boldness, featuring opulent, eclectic decor with touches of gold. Prepare your palate for a tantalising array of classic cocktails such as Manhattans and Martinis, alongside an impressive wine selection that includes both international gems and local favourites.
